使用方法：臉部清潔後(肌膚較乾燥的人，建議敷臉前可先擦上化妝水)， 取適量塗抹於局部或全臉(塗敷的量，以蓋住膚色即可)，避開眼睛、嘴唇、眉毛周圍， 靜待15～30分鐘面膜完全乾後，即可由周圍開始輕輕由下往上慢慢撕除；接著做一般的基礎保養即可。
